Production Processing

1) After purchasing of glass, it will be cut into 500*500mm by the precision cutter.

2) Make different colors equably through fully automatic production line of printing.

3) After printing, cut the big glass into different small sizes by the precision cutting machine.

4) Put them in the most advanced kiln equipment domesticly, and heat them in high temperature

 to 800-900°C to get the best color..

5) After checkers’ strict selection of the finished mosaic pieces, the perfect pieces will be sorted

 in the warehouse

6) According to clients’ requests, we will choose different color and sizes of the small pieces, and

 put them together to be mosaic products of different colors and sizes, then, stick them on the meshs.

 The producing process is over.

7) Before shipment, we will recheck the products carefully to ensure that they meet the quality standard. Then, pack the perfect products with plastic package.

8) The products will be packed on fumigation-free wooden pallet and shipped. 

   The whole production flow is done.
