Shipping Times: We use our standard logistics partners. Shipping within the U.S. is free; actual delivery times are subject to the tracking information provided by the carrier.

Packaging Standards: We use eco-friendly, shock-resistant packaging with recyclable foam padding between panels.

1. Bulk Specifications and Minimum Order Quantity

Minimum Order Quantity: 500 square feet minimum, exclusively for large-scale home renovation, commercial projects, and designer collaborations.

Customization Options: Special treatments such as eco-friendly sealants and flame-retardant treatments are available, along with customization of dimensions and colors.

2. Production Lead Time

Standard Lead Time: For bulk orders without special treatments, production takes 7–14 business days.

Special Treatments: For bulk orders requiring eco-friendly sealing or flame-retardant treatment, the production lead time doubles.

Customized Orders: For bulk orders with custom colors or designs, the delivery timeframe is 10–15 business days.

3. Final Delivery

All panels undergo factory quality inspection to ensure there are no issues with damage, warping, or excessive color variation. An FSC environmental certification report is included.

Order Tracking: You can check your order status via the customer service portal or by emailing KASARO. KSARO will update the tracking number and estimated delivery time as soon as the shipment is dispatched.

After-Sales Guarantee: You may request a replacement for damaged items within 72 hours of receipt. Quality issues resulting from non-human factors are covered by a 15-year limited warranty.
