Flexible Stone Panels Square Line Stone
KASARO
MCM Flexible Faux Stone Wall Panels (Square Line Stone Series) seamlessly blend the geometric order of natural Square Line Stone stone with the exceptional performance of flexible materials. Featuring square-patterned divisions, a uniform grid texture, and the clean lines required for modern architecture, this product completely eliminates the inherent drawbacks of natural stone—such as its heaviness, fragility, high cutting costs, and complex installation.
Whether for dry-hung exterior walls on modern villas, lobby backdrops in commercial spaces, or minimalist interior walls, this product leverages five key advantages—lightweight, flexible, fire-resistant, weather-resistant, and easy to install—to present the geometric aesthetics of square-patterned stone slabs in a more lightweight and versatile manner.
KASARO offers both standard and custom size options to flexibly meet the needs of different projects:
Specification Type | Dimensions (Length × Width) | Thickness | Applications |
Standard Specification① | 1200 × 600 mm | 3 – 5 mm | Small to medium-sized walls, accent walls, column cladding |
Standard Specification ② | 1200 × 3000 mm | 3 – 5 mm | Large-scale walls, full-panel installation, reduced joint lines |
1200×3000mm large slabs can create a seamless, square-patterned stone wall effect across the entire wall, with a continuous and complete square grid texture.
Customization Options | Available Range | Description |
|---|---|---|
Line Width | Parallel fine lines / Random lines / 3mm / 5mm / 8mm / 10mm | The thickness of the dividing lines affects the overall sense of refinement |
Color | By Pantone color code / Customer physical sample | Customizable options range from loess, reddish-brown, and ochre to gray, white, black, and more |
Line Depth | Shallow / Medium / Deep | The depth of the lines affects the play of light and shadow |
Dimensions | Fully customizable (max. 1200×3000mm) | Cutting plans can be optimized based on wall module dimensions |
Thickness | 2 – 6 mm | Standard recommendation: 3–5 mm, custom thicknesses available upon request |
Surface Finish | Glossy / Matte / Fine-grained | Matte finish appears more natural; glossy finish offers a more premium look |
Minimum order quantity: Custom patterns typically start at 500 square meters; custom sizes are negotiable.
The formulation philosophy behind brick-look wall panels is “from the earth, back to the earth”:
1. Primary Raw Materials (approx. 90%)
Natural soil (loess, red soil, white soil, black soil, etc.)
Construction waste soil
Cement waste blocks, ceramic slag, stone powder
Fly ash and other industrial solid waste

2. Auxiliary Materials for Brick-Effect Wall Panels (approx. 10%)
Water-soluble polymer additives
Water-based modifiers
3. Production Process
After the above raw materials undergo composite modification treatment, they are processed using a specially designed temperature-controlled molding system and cured through high-temperature baking at approximately 400°C and irradiation cross-linking. Compared to the firing temperatures of over 1200°C required for traditional ceramic tiles, energy consumption is significantly reduced.
Lightweight and Thin, Safe and Material-Efficient: Soft ceramic tiles are typically only 2–4 mm thick and weigh approximately 3–8 kg/m², which is just 1/5 to 1/8 the weight of traditional ceramic tiles. This not only reduces transportation costs but, more importantly, alleviates the load on building structures. Additionally, since their weight is comparable to that of paint, they are less likely to fall off during installation, significantly enhancing the safety of exterior wall cladding in high-rise buildings.
Flexible, Crack-Resistant, and Highly Seismic-Resistant: “Flexibility” is its core characteristic. Soft ceramic tiles can bend, allowing them to adapt well to wall deformations caused by thermal expansion and contraction or minor vibrations. This property makes them particularly suitable for cladding irregularly shaped structures such as curved walls and arched columns, effectively solving the problem of cracking common in traditional rigid materials.
Eco-friendly, energy-efficient, and low-carbon: The raw materials are primarily inorganic substances such as construction waste soil and stone powder, enabling the reuse of waste resources. More importantly, the production process consumes minimal energy (only about 0.2 kWh per square meter), achieving over 80% energy savings compared to similar products. Furthermore, the product itself can be recycled and reduced back to soil, making it an environmentally friendly material.
Diverse Styles and Superior Performance: Soft ceramic tiles are molded to realistically mimic the texture and patterns of various materials, including stone, wood grain, leather grain, and metal. At the same time, they possess excellent physical properties, meeting national Class A fire resistance standards while offering outstanding weather resistance, freeze-thaw resistance, and self-cleaning and stain-resistant capabilities, making them suitable for a wide range of extreme climates.
Efficient Construction and Easy Installation: Installation is straightforward—simply apply the panels using a polymer-modified cement adhesive. No cutting tools are required, eliminating noise and dust pollution. This advantage is particularly evident in renovation projects for older buildings, as there is no need to remove existing tiles or paint; the panels can be applied directly over the original walls, significantly shortening construction time and reducing construction waste.
Villa Exterior Walls Lightweight with no additional load on the foundation; Class A fire resistance; weather-resistant and freeze-thaw resistant; can be applied directly to existing walls for renovation
Bedroom Feature Walls Soft and warm texture; radiation-free and formaldehyde-free; creates a natural and comfortable sleeping environment
Basements/Wine Cellars Moisture-proof and breathable; prevents efflorescence and mold growth; maintains a stable, constant temperature and humidity environment Artificial cultural stone and artificial travertine
Hotels/Guesthouses: Quickly create a themed aesthetic with a short construction period, minimizing business downtime losses
Restaurants/Cafés: Photogenic surfaces that are grease-resistant and easy to clean; suitable for wrapping curved bar counters
Retail Stores/Boutiques: Lightweight installation that does not damage existing structures; styles can be changed at any time
Renovation of Older Homes/Old Residential Complexes: No need to remove old tiles or paint; simply apply over existing surfaces, reducing construction time by 90%
High-Rise Building Exteriors: Lightweight + dual-security anchoring and bonding, completely eliminating safety hazards caused by tile detachment
